A new locking device prevents unintentional detachment of the 8 inch dome and superwide body when installed on either a 2-lock or 4-lock housing. The L-shaped safety device limits the port's angle of rotation and attaches and detaches with a thumbscrew for quick and easy port changes.
The locking feature is included with all #5510.11 Superwide Port Bodies. It is also available separately as product #5510.09 for use with older #5510.10 Superwide Port Bodies (compatible with 2-lock housings only).
