Kraken has an exciting announcement to make! For all Google Pixel users (Pixel 2 and up), Google has built an app that will let you use your native Pixel camera app with Kraken's housing! This is pretty exciting because you can get access to special Pixel features that you wouldn’t use on one of Kraken's apps. Kraken cannot thank Google enough for this project! Yes, that’s right! Universal! This housing has an adjustable shim system in it allowing you to fit many of the popular phones on the market into it. Kraken also has another great feature built-in, a vacuum port system! No longer worry about if your seal is safe. Simply give a couple pulls on the vacuum pump (included) and the housing will let you know that it has a vacuum and is safe to dive. Kraken has a wide-angle, and macro lens available too. Housing is made from anodized aluminum.
Lenses that will work with Kraken's housing when you’ve purchased the optional lens adapter are
- Wide Angle: KRL-07, KRL-02, KRL-01, Backscatter M52 Wide Angle, Backscatter M52 Air, AOI UWL-03
- Macro: KRL-03, KRL-08s, KRL-05S
There are two versions of the housing, one includes a temperature and depth sensor, the other does not. This is for the PRO housing, which included the depth, and temp sensor.
Maximum phone dimensions are 158mm in height, 83mm in width, and 9mm in thickness. The phone should have a flat back, curved back phones will not sit in the housing properly. If your phone is the above dimensions or less you should have no problem using the housing.
Some people have difficulty understanding this. To find your phone's dimensions try looking at www.gsmarena.com, if the dimensions are less than the ones provided above your phone should work fine in Kraken's housing.

The housing will fit all iPhone models except for the iPhone 12 Pro MAX it is too large.
The housing will fit most flagship Android phones including Galaxy S10, S21 (not Ultra it is too big), Google Pixel 3\4\5. Just check the dimensions, if it’s within those maximum dimensions, it will work! Samsung Note 9 WILL NOT fit.
Kraken cannot test every phone on the market, look up your phone's dimensions, if they are less than the maximum dimensions stated above your phone will work. If your phone is greater than the maximum dimensions the phone will not fit in the case.
